(1) For on-hold orders, insert 'on-hold' in the message. Like this (our interpretation):

We suspect the number of users at Litecoin GEAR has been growing exponentially in the last few months, as the offer of $5.75/MH/s is the BEST in scrypt cloud mining right now, and their customer support is experiencing difficulties to accommodate the increase in the number of inquiries.
Support at Litecoin GEAR has never really been the fastest based on our experience.
It could sometimes take more than 48 hours for a reply from their customer support, but the good thing is their support is sincere and helpful, and most problems are solved within 1-2 e-mails.
Ultimately, we believe that high ROI at Litecoin GEAR more than makes up for slow response time in customer support or slight delays in implementation of a new feature (such as the last FREE multiplication, which was scheduled on Sept. 20th, 2014, but took place on Sept. 24th, 2014).
